Practice with these sentences:
I went out for a meal with my friends.
I decided to stay at home and study for my exams.
I read a couple of magazines and then went to the cinema.
She had lunch with her family.
Are you coming with us to the party?
How old were you when you met your best friend?

Do's and Don'ts of Essay Writing

DO Use formal language Talk about your opinion Think BEFORE you start writing about 2 or 3 main ideas you want to explain. Think about your word count - how many words will each section have?
