A great way to memorise phrasal verbs is to use virtual flashcards.  I've created a set of flashcards which includes all of the Phrasal Verbs that you will find at B1 level.  Remember that even if you're doing B2, you will still need to master all of the B1 phrasal verbs.  You can use the cards on a mobile device to learn them and test yourself.
